Quotation

Quotations are valid only until date mentioned in the proposal email. Pricing is subject to change upon the full scope of the project.

Project Scope

Prior to the commencement of work, all projects will be fully scoped and a list of duties created. A contract, or Web Work Agreement, will be drawn accordingly. Should the scope exceed the initial quotation, Ecisive services will submit a quotation for approval before proceeding.

Fees

Initial deposit is required before work on the web project begins. Ecisive, Inc. works on 20-30-50 terms. 20% of the investment is due before work commences and 30% is due after the client approval of provided web design and 50% is due after all materials are delivered.

Deliverables

Client would require to provide any materials for website, feedback on presentations within 48 hours from the request from Ecisive; failure to this, the proposal deadlines would not remain valid.

Additional Fees

If the quantity of materials delivered by the client exceed the number of agreed upon pages, or if requirements differs from the duties specified in the proposal Agreement, additional fees may apply.

Project Materials

All materials required for the production of the project that are not included in the proposal Agreement will be provided by the client. These include copy, photographs, digital media, and logos. Materials will be delivered in electronic format for PC, or additional fees may incur for typing, scanning, and file conversion. Copy provided will be proofread and edited. Ecisive is not responsible for proofreading and editing of materials provided by the client.

Testing and project completion

Once the project is completed by Ecisive, Client would require to test the project thoroughly, then Ecisive would fix any bugs/issues that are found in Client testing. This cycle will continue until Client is satisfied with the work and approve the work as completed. Upon approval, Ecisive will migrate the website to live at client’s domain address and will ensure that website is working as in final approved testing phase. Any issues found after migration, Ecisive would not be responsible and would work on per hour basis to resolve issues upon client’s approval.

Complimentary Hosting:

Following terms will apply for any proposal offering 1 year of complimentary hosting:

Ecisive host sites on 3rd party hosting providers such as Host Gators and Godaddy, thus Ecisive is not responsible for any interruption of service, loss of data or any other hosting related issue, however, these hosting providers are one of the best in the market provide high standards of service.
Once the project is delivered, hosted and stabled, any request by client to operate on hosting or FTP account; Ecisive would charge on per hour basis.
Clients can request to have the control for their website FTP and Hosting control panel; however, Ecisive would not be responsible for any interruption of service, data loss, configuration issues or any other issues cause by the actions of Client. Ecisive would charge on per hour basis to resolve such issues.

Website Browser Support:

We ensures the compatibility of website front end layout developed by Ecisive across 4 major browsers used as a standard, namely, Fire Fox, IE, Chrome, and Safari. Since the standards of browsers and technology change with time, our work is only supported on the current versions of these browsers at the time of the delivery of the project.

Due to the potential architectural changes of the versions of browsers, we do not develop and test websites on the standards of previous versions of browsers such as IE 6/7 and old versions of other browsers.

Before delivering website projects we ensure the website is working perfectly on latest versions these browsers. Clients are also required to test their website in all these browsers before approving the website for the release.
